- Personal identification document/ passport
- Curriculum Vitae
- Graduation course diploma/ certificate or diploma/ certificate of master's degree with GPA
- Transcript of Records (with final grades)
(Documents 3 and 4 must be certified with the Apostille of the Hague or authenticated by an Embassy or Consulate of Portugal)
