Mode of delivery The sessions are of theoretical and practical and the program is intended as a whole to reflect on the issues while empowering students with solid knowledge of the major theoretical-practical fundamentals. The first chapter provides a basic introduction to the issues the company and its environment. In chapter 2, we explore the essential components of entrepreneurship and business creation. In the last three chapters deals with the elements essential to encourage entrepreneurship. Students have the opportunity to identify, understand and apply the main tools of entrepreneurship and management, enabling them had developed a proposal for a business idea and develops a reporting company.

Learning outcomes The objecyive of the course is to provide students with critical sense in the decisions taken at the level of economic policy;
Show how to characterize, classify and to provide key elements for creating an organization;
Provide students with some techniques to structure and process of decision making within the organization.

At the end of UC students should be able to:
Demonstrate knowledge of fundamental aspects of micro and macro-economic theory;
Identify organizational models, the role of management (the manager) and the various areas and functions of a company;
Understand how the company can interact with their environment and with the current position and how to formulate competitive strategies
