Learning outcomes This UC intends that the students learn the fundamentals of multimedia; digitalization; compression; color and color codification; digital image; compression of digital images; digital sound; digital video.
After this Curricular Unit, the student should be able to understand and explain the fundamentals of the processes involved in the digital representation (in computers and computer networks) of elements like texts, images, sound, and video.
