Entry requirements 1. Reflect on the concept of Literature, literary institution, literary canon and margin texts. 2. Distinguish literary text from other potential receiving texts reader. 3. Identify marginal texts. 4. Recognize different forms of culture in the above texts. 5. Distinguish and establish relationships between oral tradition texts and literature for children and young. 6. Recognize the potential of teaching and ethics of marginal literature or texts on the path of literary institutional recognition.; 7. Develop a work on the subject of oral and written margined literature or texts on the path of literary institutional recognition.

Learning outcomes 1. Reflect on the concept of Literature, literary institution, literary canon and margin texts.
2. Distinguish literary text from other potential receiving texts reader.
3. Identify margin texts and peripheries.
4. Recognize different forms of culture in the above texts.
5. Distinguish and establish relationships between oral tradition texts and literature for children and young.
6. Recognize the potential of teaching and ethics of marginal literature or texts on the path of literary institutional recognition.;
7. Develop a work on the subject of oral and written margined literature or texts on the path of literary institutional recognition.
Syllabus 1. Literary canon and peripheries: texts and intertexts.
2. Forms of oral literature. Milestones in the appreciation of traditional oral literature.
3. Simple and complex forms of oral literature: typological distinction, function and most common structures.
4. Marginal literature genres with written record, distinction and typological characterization. Highlighting some genres the way the canon.
4.1. The folk tale and children's short story. Juvenil novel.
4.2. Literary crime fiction.
4.3. Literary chronical.
4.4. Science fiction.
4.5. Erotic literature.
