Learning outcomes To develop students' entrepreneurial behaviors based on factors of technological innovation, stimulating attitudes of initiative and calculated risk taking so that they can act as agents of change in organizations or towards creating their own business. It is expected that students will be able to develop or improve products, processes and / or business methods that allow the economic exploitation of their knowledge and ideas. The main competences and knowledge to be acquired by the student within the scope of the curricular unit are: to know the main concepts of entrepreneurship and innovation; realizing the strategic, marketing and operational planning of the business; carry out an investment project and analyze its economic and financial viability; elaborate the business plan; design and pitch.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria For the purposes of teaching-learning classification and also for evaluation under examination, the following individual and group evaluation elements will be considered:


- 1 Test: 20%
- Work (Business plan) - 80% (60% written; 5% presentation)

Test: 100%

All elements are evaluated on a scale of 0 to 20.

Please note: FREQUENCY granting in addition to complying with the general knowledge assessment rules in force at UBI (minimum grade of 6 ) also requires group work to be performed.
