Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria This unit is taught to ensure and demonstrate the strong practical applicability and research potential of the scientific field of regional economics and urban economics. Beyond the classroom, the course is structured to associate, with these classes, e-learning solutions that ensure flexibility, continuous evaluation, and another opportunity to contact, in real terms, between students and teaching staff.
In terms of the evaluation model, students can opt for continuous assessment or examination arrangements. In the continuous assessment regime, students must hold one research work with a weight of 100% on the final grade of the unit. In the examination regime, students must hold a written test (exam) weighing 100% of the final grade of the unit. The written exam also evaluates the practical component, and therefore the question of the applicability of the course.
Language Portuguese. Tutorial support is available in English.
