Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria The teaching is organized in theoretical and theoretical-practical contact lessons. In theoretical classes demonstrative, interrogative and expository methodologies, supported by dynamic audiovisual resources are adopted. These aim to stimulate a comprehensive learning of facts, concepts and theoretical models, via stimulation of a participatory and critical analytical attitude of students. The evaluation of this component is carried out by an individual test (50%). In the theoretical-practical component active and student-centred methodologies are adopted. These methodologies intend to encourage independent and cooperative work in the search, synthesis and analysis of current scientific literature published in a foreign language, used in the development of assignments and their reporting, analysis and discussion in group sessions. The theoretical-practical component is assessed through the completion and submission of two group assignments (25% + 25%).
Language Portuguese. Tutorial support is available in English.
