Learning outcomes Knowledge of usual technical installations existing in buildings with special attention on the connections with constructions and architectural elements,aspects related to efficient use of available resources and their reuse, ensuring the approach to professional practice.
a. Knowledge of the conception and design of installations for water supply, sewage drainage and fire extinction.
b. Knowledge of the gas installations
c. Knowledge of installations of telecommunications and management
d. Knowledge of the installations of electrical energy
e. Knowledge of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations

1 – Sanitary facilities
2– Installations of detection and fire extinction
3- Electrical installations, telecommunications, signal TV and domotics
4- Installations of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning)

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria Diverse learning activities and teaching methods w ill be applied: Lectures; Study visits and lectures given by invited experts; Guided execution of practical works; Guidance in research and information organization of thematic c.u. works with public presentation by different groups of students. The evaluation focuses on the research and exploration of the topics of the c.u. and its integration and coordination with the Architectural Design. Continuous evaluation with the following evaluation parameters: 1-Participation in classes, invited lectures, presentations and technical visits; 2-Follow-up and development of the team works; 3-Design of facilities and organization of class reports and portfolio of building facilities; 4-Report with research and synthesis of thematic work; 5-Public presentation of Report; 6 - Participation and evaluation of presentations of Reports.
