Learning outcomes	The unit has as specific objectives: (1) provide the students with the knowledge of the state of the art of project design and evaluation; and (2) provide the students with a consistent view of the design process, analysis, evaluation and management of investment projects. The unit has as learning outcomes: (1) full understood of project design and evaluation; (2) enable students to develop a coherent economic discourse; (3) enable students to economic and financial decision-making; (4) enable students to detect investment opportunities and their implementation; (5) provide the students with tools, instruments and techniques of financial evaluation of real assets; and (6) enable students to submit applications to systems of investment incentives.
