Learning outcomes This course has the following main goals:
- Address command system
- Hardware implementation of control solutions
- Apply techniques of command to different types of systems
- Develop the ability to tailor solutions to new situations

- Identify the main components of a system of regulation and command
- Design or select an appropriate power module
- Include adequate protections
- Predict the disorders for which the equipment may be subject and implement appropriate protection measures
- Choose the appropriate measurement systems for the parameter to be measured
- Implement signal conditioning in an adequate and effective way
- Use control devices
- Be able to adjustment limits
- Implement the operating point control method
- Develop regulators to different types of electric motors
