Learning outcomes |
The main objetives of this UC comprise providing a direct perspective of the industry or of new knowledge in several areas of Computer Science to the student, using talks from invited speakers internal or external to UBI.
1. Discuss theoretical and practical frameworks that contribute to the consolidation of professional knowledge
2. Examine methodological strategies in specific areas of the course.
3. Creating communication skills and interpersonal relationship.
4. Building capacity to learn and develop soft-skills in different areas.
5. Building capacity to interact with the environment inside / outside the community of UBI.
6. Capacity building to organize, document and present the work performed.
7. Building capacity to learn autonomously.

Syllabus |
Realization of 12 seminars conducted by internal and external speakers to the University covering topics in
various areas, not just specific Informatics and Design, but also more general as Success Stories of
Entrepreneurship, Preparation of Technical Presentations and Reports, Research, etc. ..
The specific issues each year are selected by the regent in coordination with the Commission Course.
