Learning outcomes At the end of the teaching-learning process the student should be able to:

Recognize characteristics of Organizational Psychology as a domain of expertise and application of Psychology
Characterize fundamental processes and contexts of application of psychology in the organization, work and human resources
Understand and articulate methodological and theoretical fundamentals between Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management
Recognize and understand basic methods and techniques of Psychology application in the organization, work and human resources
Search and critically analyze scientific information in Organizational Psychology
Produce and elaborate written documents of scientific nature about Organizational Psychology themes
Communicate information and scientific knowledge in Organizational Psychology
Demonstrate interpersonal and teamwork skills
Planning and carrying out field studies in labour and organizational contexts
Syllabus I- Fundamentals of Organizational Psychology at work and in strategic and integrated human resources management

1.Contexts:
1.1. Organizational Psychology and the Management function of/with People - A diachronic integrated vision from the Industrial Age to the Knowledge Era
1.2. Confluence and influence among theoretical, empirical and methodological fundamentals

2.Introduction to Processes:
2.1. Nature of the human resource management function, power, conflict and negotiation process
2.2. Inter-relationship between individual - organization - The psychological contract as a process - From Genesis to rupture without violation

3. Introduction to Methods and Techniques:
