Learning outcomes |
The program is aimed at independent users and aims at developping communication skills in terms of oral and written comprehension, oral interaction and written and oral production. Using an action-oriented methodology, it is intended to take the student to reach level B1 according to the descriptors of the Common European Framework of Reference for Foreign Languages. The program aims at developping communication skills using pedagogical material and authentic documents, favouring the following aspects: understanding diverse oral, audiovisual and written texts, interacting orally and in writing in various communication situations, producing statements respecting the pronunciation of French and produce written texts of various kinds. It is intended that the student is able to understand, produce a simple and coherent speech on subjects that are familiar or of his personal interest.

Syllabus |
1. Grammatical contents: Grammatical consolidations of A1 and A2 levels (namely of the “passé-composé”, “imparfait de l'indicatif”, “futur simple de l'indicatif”, “conditionnel présent” and “subjonctif présent” tenses), the passive constructions, the situation in an action in time, the impersonal constructions, the expression of certainty and doubt, the expression of possibility and impossibility, the relative constructions with “dont”, the “plus-que-parfait de l’indicatif ”, the expression of anteriority, the telling in the“ passé-simple ”, the“ conditionnel passé ”, the expression of feelings, the“ futur antérieur ”, the situation and duration in the future, the expression of conditions and restrictions , the expression of cause and consequence, the "subjonctif passé", the chain of ideas, the relative pronouns and the constructions with two pronouns.
