- Identification and characterization of the main dyeing, finishing and printing processes; - Selection of the best dyeing/finishing/printing method to obtain the desired effect; - Production of samples with the desired effect.

- Selection, characterization and application of the different dyeing processes and technologies according to the specific textile substrate and transformation status; - Selection, characterization and application of the different finishing techniques over fabrics and/or knits according to the specific textile substrate; - Pre-finishing and post-finishing operations; - Selection, characterization and application of the different Printing techniques according to the specific textile substrate; - Selection, characterization and application of the different dyestuffs in the printing process; - Printing technologies and printing preparation; - Ecological issues about printing technology.
