Entry requirements	.
Learning outcomes	Knowledge of usual technical installations existing in buildings with special attention on the connections with constructions and architectural elements,aspects related to efficient use of available resources and their reuse, ensuring the approach to professional practice. a. Knowledge of the conception and design of installations for water supply, sewage drainage and fire extinction. b. Knowledge of the gas installations c. Knowledge of installations of telecommunications and management d. Knowledge of the installations of electrical energy e. Knowledge of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations
Syllabus	Subjects related to building facilities including: 1 – Sanitary facilities 2– Installations of detection and fire extinction 3- Electrical installations, telecommunications, signal TV and domotics 4- Installations of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning)
