Learning outcomes |
The objectives of this course are to increase understanding and knowledge about the start-ups, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial organization, and governance issues in firms. The students will learn basic elements in how to start a business and governance issues in small firms.
Skills to be acquired by the student: - Characterize the Company and it fits in its environment; - Know the process of creating new companies, factors and conditions - Recognize and evaluate business ideas opportunities; - Develop and propose a business idea; - Know the Organization, Structure and Functions of the Company; - Develop and present a report of the Company
