Learning outcomes |
Analysis and description of the different processes of application of dyes suitable for dyeing of textile materials (single and in mixtures) in various stages of processing.
Equipment used quality control and costs of dyeing.
For every textile fiber describe and analyze the various dyeing processes with the most important class of dyes.
Understand the influence of different physical and chemical parameters and thermodynamic process of dyeing and its influence on the quality of the final product.
Identify and characterize the various constituent parts of the various machines used in dyeing, as well as relate to their action on the dyeing process.
They must know to draft and calculate the production and costs.

1.Dyeing processes using dyes in the different classes of fibers.
2.Analysis of the dyeing processes. Study of different factors that influence the dyeing processes.
3.Dyeing of mixed fibers.
4.Control of dyeing processes and quality of the dyed materials.
5.Exhaust dyeing machines: characteristics, theoretical model of package dyeing.
6.Pad dyeing machines: fundamental aspects of padding. Fixation process of dyes applied by padding: discontinuous and continuous processes.
7.Production planning and cost calculation.
