Learning outcomes |
The objectives of this UC are:
1) To develop the skills of doctoral students in communicating science results to peers and to the community in general.
2) To prepare and present an oral communication on a scientific topic.
3) To publish an article in the area of ??health sciences, in a scientific journal with reviewers and impact factor, preferably in the area in which the students are going to do their doctorate.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria |
Results presentation session (EADA of 5th and 6th July 2024)
Each presentation will have a maximum duration of 15 minutes, with the time being timed and whether or not it is completed will be considered in the evaluation. The evaluation jury for the oral presentation will be made up of the Course Committee, and may also include PhD members from the FCS, invited for this purpose. .
Publication of an article or delivery of a version for submission
It may be a review article or include original material, and must be an article published (or prepared for submission) in a scientific journal, with reviewers, Portuguese or international in the area of ??Health Sciences. The student must be the first author of the publication and, if applicable, mention, as main or secondary affiliation, the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Beira Interior.
