The Student Ombudsman is an independent entity whose function is to defend and promote the legitimate rights and interests of students within the University. According to UBI's statutes, the Ombudsman's activity develops, preferably, in conjunction with the Pedagogical Councils of the Faculties, with the Student Association and with the Social Action Services, in accordance with the conditions set by the Regulation approved by the General Council. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
