The main objective of this course is that the student Aquira and develop a set of skills within the qualities of training / physical and coordinative capabilities, allowing you to program your workout according to the characteristics of different sports.
Assess the need and the influence of each physical quality and coordinative in training and performance in different sports; Interpret the theoretical foundations that underpin the program of sports training according to the specificities of different sports; Distinguish and apply different methods and media training tailored to the specific needs of each modality; Identify, interpret and apply control procedures, analysis and evaluation of the effect of training on sports performance according to the specificities of different modalities; Programming training in different sports or sports specialties;
