Learning outcomes With this Unit is intended that the student learn the theoretical and ethical foundations of psychological assessment.
Thus, at the end of Unit students should be able to:
- Explain the fundamentals and main concepts of psychological assessment;
- Describe the process of psychological assessment;
- Identify the main psychological assessment procedures / techniques / instruments;
- Discuss the psychometric issues, cultural, ethical and professional conduct of psychological assessment.
- Describe the information return process through psychological report;
- Demonstrate teamwork skills;
- Produce, analyze and communicate scientific information and knowledge.
