Learning outcomes	At the end of the course unit the student should be able to: explain the fundamental concepts of law; understand the relationship between law and economics; characterize the Portuguese and European economic constitution; expose the Portuguese economic administration and their competences; explain the regulation of the competition in the european and national context; identify the state business sector; distinguish nationalization from privatization and understand how they are ruled; and identify and critically characterize the reality of public-private partnerships.
