Learning outcomes This course aims to provide students the experience of designing a sociological research/intervention project. The exercise of developing a research project aims to enable the practical application of the knowledge acquired throughout the degree and is the end task of the training process in which students and teachers students invested since the first year. This unit is essentially practical since each student is invited to develop a project within a free choice subject. Classes serve to track, monitor and evaluate the design work of each student and work under tutoring. .
At the end of the CU each student should be able to justify the relevance of a scientific research/intervention topic, to raise objectives and starting questions and to define an object of study; shall also be able to do literature research and develop a theoretical structure and based on the readings to develop a theoretical framework of a theme using a critical spirit; to develop an analytical model.
