Learning outcomes This Course Unit aims to explore the fundamentals of management applied to health systems and in particular to pharmacy, providing a broad perspective of the concept of human resources, information systems, marketing and production applied to pharmaceuticals.
At the end of this course unit the student should be able to:
- Identify the different management models applicable to the area of pharmacy
- Describe the various forms of constitution of pharmaceutical organizations
- Identify the functions of various pharmaceutical organizations

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria The classification will be on a scale of 0-20 values. Students who obtain a grade equal to or greater than 10 will be exempt from the Final Exam.
Two frequencies will be held in which the minimum grade required in each of them is 8 values.
The final learning classification will be the result of the sum of the classifications obtained in each of the evaluation moments, which must obtain a minimum of 8 values ??in order to be admitted to the exam.
The grant of frequency will be awarded to students who have attended 50% of the classes taught and obtain a final learning classification equal to or greater than 8 values.
For student workers, the attendance criterion does not apply.
Final Grade = ( 1st Freq * 0.50 ) + ( 2nd Freq * 0.50 )

Assessments will take place on 2 November 2023 (9:30 am) and 25 January 2024 (9:30 am).

Any changes to this assessment scheme will be agreed with the students.

Student workers do not apply the criteria associated with attendance.
