Syllabus |
This course features leading national and international experts to share the latest and exciting advances and explore the main challenges in regenerative medicine and cell therapy.
Topics cover the physiology of stem cells and cell plasticity, state-of-the-art human models for disease modeling and drug discovery, strategies to overcome brain barriers, drug delivery systems for brain regeneration and current developments in cancer treatment.
This advanced course will also provide a clinical and translational session that will explore the path from discovery and development to the delivery of novel therapeutic solutions.
The goal of this advanced course is to bring clinicians, researchers, and pharmaceutical stakeholders together to expand the knowledge in regenerative medicine, to foster networking, and to synergize efforts to identify novel opportunities for the clinical translation of stem cell research.
