Mode of delivery To transmit knowledge about entrepreneurship and the process of creating companies, develop in the student a series of skills and attitudes that stimulate critical reflection on entrepreneurship. It is also intended to promote research on entrepreneurship issues, taking into account current and future trends in this field of research

Learning outcomes Impart knowledge about entrepreneurship and business creation process, developed in forming a series of skills and attitudes that encourage critical thinking about entrepreneurship. The aim is also to promote the conduct of investigations on topics of entrepreneurship II.
- Know the: forms and source of funding, forms of support and encouragement to entrepreneurship; legal forms and legal aspects; stages of Top of the activity; alternatives to root;
- Know the problem of growth / development of newly established companies;
- Discuss the challenges of family businesses and meet some of the regulatory instruments of the relationship / family company used successfully;
- Addressing the issue of closures;
- Know the latest trends in international research on entrepreneurship
