To define strategies in order to promote better territorial planning, incorporating the advantages of the use of ICT 5. Mapping of the e-City and e-Planning knowledge 6. To promote the participation of PhD candidates in national / international scientific events, such as seminars or conferences, presenting and publishing a paper

Learning outcomes e-City is an emerging research field on the behalf of city planning approach, intending to address a set of issues focused on the study and development of the interaction in between ICT (information and communication technologies) tools and City.
