Learning outcomes Prepare a PhD Thesis/Project, taking into account the following parameters: domain of research in architecture; field ofinterdisciplinary research in areas established at the U.C. Doctoral Thesis Project. There should be an in-depth andoriginal understanding of the area of the doctoral topic and its contextualization; reflection and critical spirit.Research must be governed by academic quality and integrity standards, as well as be established in a state of the artcontext in which the research is original.The PhD theme should allow the student to communicate with his peers, the rest of the academic community andsociety in general, thus presenting your research in scientific events, publications or other forms of dissemination.
Syllabus The student must develop a work that will end with a Thesis / Architectural Project. The process of this investigation work will conclude with the defense of evidence, a public act; and with a jury of national and international experts, if possible, taking into account the theme developed.The specific syllabus developed by the doctoral students will have to reflect the guidelines for the theme in question.
Main Bibliography Specific bibliography for the topic chosen by the student to develop his research work.
Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria In this research process, tutorial guidance plays a fundamental role in terms of methodologies; there must therefore be a series of meetings between student and teacher to ensure the final success of this path. Students should be involved in research centers that allow them to be part of a national and international network with other researchers; this will allow them to exchange knowledge and be involved in research projects. There will be public sessions to allow the development of the research to be assessed; these will be attended by a panel of experts on the subject.
