Entry requirements	This training is aimed Residential Care Facilities Staff; people who intend to develop and/or direct or work in this type of structures and technicians of support equipment for older adults adults.
Learning outcomes	- Characterize the Person-Centered Care Model (PCA). - Identify the origins and principles underlying the ACP model. - Characterize the assessment instruments of ACP care/practices. - critically reflect on the type of care currently provided to elderly adults with dependence and its implications. - Describe and develop strategies for implementing the PCA model in elderly care.
Syllabus	1- Model Person-Centered Care (PCC): origins, principles and implications. 2- ACP care/practice assessment instruments. 3 - Strategies for implementing the PCC model in elderly care and creating contexts that facilitate the provision of high quality care.
