Learning outcomes |
Develop and deepen knowledge and practical skills in terms of assessing physical fitness, namely: 1.Develop the ability to use different methodologies for collecting information, establishing a clear client profile with regard to individual goals, lifestyle, medical and sports anamnesis, level of physical activity, preferred activities, using interviews, questionnaires or other processes suitable to customers. 2.Develop the ability to assess and analyze the different components of health-related physical fitness, such as cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle strength, flexibility, postural stability and body composition, and to establish effective and realistic goals for the client, as well as the type of activities that you should propose to achieve them. 3.Develop the ability to identify the client's main barriers to exercising
