Learning outcomes |
Develop and deepen knowledge and practical skills in terms of evaluating exercise prescription, namely: 1. Develop the ability to identify the client's main barriers to exercise and change the planning of exercise sessions in order to increase the client's motivation.
2. Develop the ability to guide and prescribe an activity program to improve physical fitness, trained and untrained individuals, considering the integral development of the person, as well as lifestyle changes and adherence to physical activity.
