Learning outcomes 1. Understanding not only of the technical and constructive specificities of pattern making and sewing manufacturing processes of clothing pieces with different fabrics and styles, but also of the experimental potential,
intuitive and emotional of the same.
2. Be able to produce by hand the base and complementary patterns and sewing manufacturing processes associated with different pieces of clothing.
3. Develop capabilities to understand and solve problems associated with the production of pieces of clothing in a multidisciplinary context.
4. Acquire skills for the development and transformation patterns in 2D and 3D (moulage or draping) of garments pieces and manufacturing in sewing lab this pieces with different types of fabrics.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria Active and cooperative teaching-learning methodologies were adapted that encourage reflection and value processes of a cognitive and interpersonal nature, defending the acquisition of concepts, problem solving, research, and practical work carried out in PL classes, centered on student and face-to-face.
The final grade at the end of the Teaching-Learning period is calculated as follows:
37,5% Patternmaking +37,5% Sewing + 25% Technical Dossier
The student must meet the attendance criteria and achieve a minimum grade of 6 points in each of the assessment parameters (patternmaking, sewing, and technical dossier) for exam admission for admission to the exam, with the obligation to deliver all the proposed works.
The student will be exempted from the Exam, if the final grade of teaching-learning period is greater than or equal to 10 values - Approved.
Exam Grade:Exam Grade: 60% of the score obtained during the teaching-learning period + 40% of the exam evaluation.
Language Portuguese. Tutorial support is available in English.
