Learning outcomes This UC is intended to be a space for interdisciplinary discussion, which will allow us to deepen our knowledge and broaden our perspectives in areas of
Design that offer complementarity and relevance to the content covered in the 2nd Cycle. At the end of the semester
the semester, the student should be able to:
- Frame Multimedia Design practices and processes in broad contexts;
- Formulate study questions and foresee problems associated with Multimedia Design projects;
- Choose and explore, autonomously and in groups, different multimedia languages and tools;
- Begin to interpret research results, drawing and presenting conclusions critically; - Communicate ideas critically;
- Communicate ideas or results using (and integrating) different formats.
Syllabus Curricular Unit structured around a series of seminars given by invited experts in areas of interest to the course. The program of each seminar is defined by the guest who is responsible for it, within the scope of a set of themes considered to be of particular interest and advantage for deepening and constantly updating the training of the 2nd Cycle Multimedia Design student and under the overall guidance of the course leader. In this sense, the syllabus retains its necessary openness and flexibility, in conjunction with the need to remain relevant to the needs of updating the course and training students based on the main current trends.
