Learning outcomes This course has as its main objectives the personal development of the trainees, based on the happiness mindset. It is intended to develop soft skills related to team management, such as leadership, communication and time management. At the end of the course the trainees should be able to diagnose the state of happiness of their teams, build a happiness plan and make it operational.

- The High Performance of Teams;
- Communicating in a simple but effective way;
- Managing time and tasks is managing emotions;
- Team Management;
- Cycle of the Employee in the Team;
- Intentional actions and dynamics of team building;
- Construction of a Plan for a Happy Team;
- Project Presentation.
