Application fee:
Each application requires a payment (per course):
- integrated master in Medicine: 250,00€.
- other bachelor's degrees and integrated master's degrees: 50,00€
The payment can be made by:
a) Multibanco (only in Portugal);
b) Paypal* (students outside Portugal).
Please send proof of payment to candidatura.internacional@ubi.pt quoting your application number and full name.
* Procedure for payment by Paypal:
- Click on "send" and enter the e-mail address paypal@ubi.pt and under "Add a note", enter the student/application number, full name, course and the amount to be paid.
- Click on "Continue".
- Review the amount, the payment method and the delivery address.
- Then click on "Send money".

Annual academic fee (tuition fee):
In the 2025/2026 academic year, the amount set for bachelor's and integrated master's degrees for students under the International Student Statute is, respectively:
- Integrated Master in Medicine: €18,000.00.
- Other Bachelor's Degrees and Integrated Master's Degrees: €5,000.00
- Students from the Organisation of Ibero-American States (OEI) – Other Bachelor's Degrees and Integrated Master's Degrees: €3,000.00
- Students from Brazil – Other Bachelor's Degrees and Integrated Master's Degrees: €3,000.00
- Students from the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP) and East Timor – Other Bachelor's Degrees and Integrated Master's Degrees: €3,000.00
