Learning outcomes:
To develop knowledge and specific skills related with the teaching of Gymnastics
• Know the different gymnastic modalities and its institutional framework, as well as general aspects of the respective regulations.
• Know the equipment and gymnastic equipment, in particular its assembly / disassembly in order to create learning conditions that meet safety standards.
• Master the techniques of implementation of elementary gímnic elements and identify the common errors of execution.
• Master the techniques of basic manual helps gímnic elements.
• Mastering the teaching methodology / specific training of gymnastic sports.
• Demonstrate basic teaching skills for teaching gymnastics.

1. Introduction to gymnastics disciplines (GAF, GAM, Trampolines, Acrobatics, Aerobics, Rhythmic, TeamGym, GPT)
