Publications
The works presented at the conference will be published in the online proceedings after a reviewing process carried out by the Scientific Committee.
Similarly, to 2017 (RICON17) edition 2019 Conference Proceedings will be submitted for indexation in the main databases (Web of Science, Scopus) and all accepted papers will be published in open access format to be free to read and download.
Paper submission
After the conference, papers will be sent for a review process for publishing in the KNOWLEDGE E Web of Conference (https://knepublishing.com).
Conference papers will be available worldwide and indexed in the following databases: Google Scholar, Microsoft Academic Research, Crossref database, Directory of Open Access Resources (part from ISSN organization), Web of Science-Clarivate Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters & ISI) and Scopus Elsevier.

License agreement
Authors grant KnE Publishing a license to publish the article and identify KnE Publishing as the original publisher.
