The Team Management - Building Happy Teams course aims to empower candidates with knowledge about the tools to manage teams and to leverage these tools, to recognize patterns of success and needs for intervention, and to help them develop a plan to promote efficiency, well-being, and happiness in teams. The course in its components is intended for team managers to be able to make better decisions and promote better team environment towards better operational results. |
