The Student Ombudsman is an independent entity whose function is to defend and promote the legitimate rights and interests of students within the University. According to UBI's statutes, the Ombudsman's activity develops, preferably, in conjunction with the Pedagogical Councils of the Faculties, with the Student Association and with the Social Action Services, in accordance with the conditions set by the Regulation approved by the General Council. Schedule: Sunday to Friday, 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
Presential meetings: to make an appointment please contact the secretariat of the Student Ombudsman Office, by e-mail or by telephone.
Maximum: 1 person at a time.
Policy of proximity: If the student cannot go to the Student Ombudsman Office, or prefer a meeting in his or her faculty, the student may require it.
