Mode of delivery	Face-to-Face (Theoretical and practical teaching with a strong appeal to the development of a constructive project).
Learning outcomes	This course unit aims to complement the studies initiated in construction technology, extending the practice of the constructive project to other building systems and subsystems alternative to the traditional reinforced concrete system. a) Understand the system of production and control of building services and their interactions with other subsystems. b) Understand the importance of control and management of construction quality c) Be able to intervene in a construction project, with the use of modular construction systems. d) Be able to solve problems, to make technical decisions, to propose measures to streamline the production of building construction systems and subsystems e) Be able to evaluate building systems from the standpoint of the manufacturer and production management.
Syllabus	1- Building systemic vision and building rationalization 2- Construction technology for structural masonry buildings. 3- Construction technology of prefabricated buildings 4- Construction technology of buildings with light and semi light systems. 5- Production and control of building services systems. 6- The quality in buildings construction. 7- Construction systems assessment
