Learning outcomes |
This Course aims to provide an introduction to the study of quality management.
At the end of the course, students must be able to discuss the concept of quality, to describe the evolution of quality management systems, to explain the main contributions of the "gurus" of quality, to explain the principles of total quality management, to apply the various quality tools taught in classes, to identify key players in the Portuguese Quality System and to describe the purpose and implications of certification.
