It is intended that the student deepens his mathematical knowledge on some selected topic and write a dissertation about it that can serve as a theoretical support for a future development of educational resources for teaching Mathematics. It is intended that the student deepens his mathematical knowledge on a selected topic, establish links between this topic and the curriculum of Mathematics for the 3rd cycle of basic education and/or secondary education, and write a dissertation that can serve as a theoretical support for a future development of educational resources for teaching Mathematics in the 3rd cycle of basic education and/or Secondary Education.

To study a topic that directly or indirectly is related to some program content of the courses listed in the syllabus of 1st year of 2nd cycle and write an essay about it that can serve as a theoretical support to a future development of educational resources for teaching Mathematics in the 3rd cycle of basic education and/or Secondary Education. As such, this work should also intend to establish links between the selected topic and mathematics curricula for the 3rd cycle of basic education and/or Secondary Education.
