Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria |
This UC is annual and the pedagogical activities take place over two semesters. In the 1st semester, the approach is essentially theoretical and the activities are carried out, in an e-learning regime, using the LMS platform of UBI, being available a set of resources that contain the necessary information to achieve the defined objectives. Learning is monitored through assignments, quizzes and knowledge tests. In the 2nd semester, practical activities are carried out where students have the opportunity to develop scientific communication skills for peers (preparation of a review article and its oral presentation) and for the general public (development of a science communication project for a specific audience). This learning is complemented by participation in CICS seminars.
