Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria This course includes theoretical classes in which multimedia concepts are exposed by the teacher, and practical classes.in which the students practice different kinds of multimedia digital file manipulations.

Assessment criteria
Learning phase
The course is evaluated from 0 to 20.
10 points will be enough to reach a final positive classification (equal to the evaluation of this learning phase)..
This evaluation includes a written test for theoretical matter with a maximum value of 10 points and a practical group work for the other 10 points..
Non-justified absences from the classes will deduct 0.2 points from the learning classification.
To attain "frequency" (possibility to access the exams) the students have to reach 6 points (in 20) in the learning phase.
Exams:
The exam tests are evaluated from 0 to 10 and will cover the theoretical part of the course, and will replace/improve the "frequency test".
Language Portuguese. Tutorial support is available in English.
