Learning outcomes The goal of the unit is to provide students with knowledge of business valuation techniques from a conceptual point of view but also practical providing students with skills that will enable them to understand and discuss a valuation but also participate in real companies valuations.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria The teaching methodology consists of exposing the contents followed in each class by its immediate application through a set of proposed exercises.
The evaluation is carried out through a test (75%) and an individual work(25%) that consists of a proposal for a scientific article.
