Learning outcomes	Give emphasis to issues relating to key management capabilities for effective management of healthcare organizations; Management differs from one industrial unit and to other areas of services At the end of this course the student should cover: - Identify the various management models of health units in Portugal - Identify the different perspectives of risk management - To characterize the health units as organizations that learn - Understand a provider of health care organization as an organization focused on the User - To identify the dysfunctions and Organizational Constraints - Understanding the Use Review Protocol as a management tool - Identify the different perspectives of Performance in Healthcare Organizations - Understanding the New Public management - Understand the Clinical Governance
