Learning outcomes |
Apply a methodology of investigation and creative design, that allows extrapolating plastic graphic concepts to a language of space and three-dimensional volume, in the creation of environments, spaces, objects and three-dimensional characters. To understand the coherence of the aesthetic correlation of the project concepts, materialized in space environments, objects and three-dimensional characters, with specific cultural identities, original and idealized in concept art. To materialize in a three-dimensional language forms based on organic structures inspired by nature and idealized in concept art. Apply a methodology that allows to develop a 3D project, from its initial concept to its three-dimensional materialization.

Syllabus |
1 – Investigation, study, creative exploration, critical development, concept art and design of a culture with identity. 2 – Symbolic dimension and expressiveness, anthropomorphism. 3 – Metamorphoses, applied to three-dimensional design, using concepts of biomimicry, ontogenesis, anamorphism and anthropomorphism. 4 – Transposition of two-dimensional design to three-dimensional creation of spatial environments, objects and organic structures.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria |
In classes will be done demonstration exercises of various themes, reinventing environments and objects in perspective, with the application of anamorphism, using drawing and photography software to create and manipulate pre-existing images. Based on the topics covered in class, students will develop the exercises, for assessment, divided into several stages: proposal of a basic topic; research and image collection; elaboration of the concept; conceptart, and 3D.
