Learning outcomes The learning objectives of the curricular unit are as follows:
1. Understand the process of evaluating and developing business opportunities.
2. Define criteria for assessing the market potential of a business idea and the resources needed to market.
3. Apply tools for drawing and validating business models.

The competencies to be acquired by the student are as follows:
a. Be able to evaluate and develop a business opportunity.
b. Be able to structure a business model, using design and planning tools.
