Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria |
Lectures: 2 hours / week. Master classes with power point presentations with previous distribution to students. Laboratory classes: 2 hours / week. The protocols of the laboratory works and their theoretical explanation are distributed to students at the beginning of the semester. Periodic evaluation: I. Written Evaluation: 2 partial tests (80% theoretical questions + 20% practical questions). II. Monograph on a free theme based on scientific articles with presentation. 2. Assessment methodology: I. The partial tests will focus on the concepts acquired in theoretical and practical classes and will consist of 40 multiple choice questions, 32 theoretical and 8 practical. Questions answered incorrectly will be deducted 10% of the value of the question. II. The free-topic bibliographic research monograph must apply knowledge of Pharmacognosy I and II, based on the analysis of a current scientific article, chosen by the students or from a group provided by the teacher through Moodle.
