Introduction to Phytotherapy . Pharmacology and Phytotherapy: Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics and Toxicology. Pharmacovigilance. Legislation. The current drugs with origin in medicinal herbs. Interactions drug-herbs. Quality, efficacy and safety of drugs of plant origin. Major medicinal medicinal plants according to their therapeutic action on the different physiological systems: Nervous system, Skin, Cardiovascular System, Respiratory System, Digestive System, Urinary System, Endocrine System. Adaptogenic medicinal plants and stimulants of the immune system. Phytotherapy in the prevention and treatment of cancer. Phytotherapy in the treatment of inflammation and infection. Phytotherapy in the control of pain. Phytotherapy in the control of obesity.
